Need a post processor for Hyundai Wia KF5600C

I need a post processor for a Hyundai Wia KF5600C. I tried using the generic fanuc post and as long as I am using the machine in 3 axis mode, the post works fine. But, when I try to use it in conjunction with the 4th axis, the machine alarms out on the G68.2 code and says, "improper g code". If I modify the post to where it posts out as "A45.0" for example, the 4th axis "A" tilts, but the head does not follow the WCS. It thinks the WCS is still where it was before the "A axis" tilts. I don't believe this machine supports TCP, so is there a different post I can use, or can I just modify the post I have a bit more to get what I need? Thanks for any help, its much appreciated!

What do you mean by "modified the post"?

As for the "head doesn't follow the Y axis", I'm not sure what you're describing. If your WCS is not set to the center of rotation (and your machine doesn't have dynamic work offsets), you're always going to run into issues. Perhaps that's what's going wrong?

Hi @donnieabbottjr

As your machine is "only" a four-axis machine, most of the time it does not have the option for G68.2
G68.2 is the tilted workplane function used with 5 axis machine and is a cost option on the controllers.
Effectively, if you try to delete the G68.2 command from the gcode and try to run it on the machine, it won't work.
When the machine does not support G68.2 we are outputting a different code, with different coordinates.

Before suggesting modifications, are you using a machine configuration file in Fusion?
Does the machine support G54.2 or something similar for compensating rotation?

I suppose it an add on 4th axis, what is the rotation axis? Around X, Y or Z?

Regards.
