Hi everyone I'm looking for help on,
A problem that occurred after the latest update.
Error happens when running a 2d contour with a pattern,
doesn't happen with other processes (engrave, drill)
when patterning jobs for batch work with a 2d contour , the NC code same to through a error code, as seen in this screen shot from our hand controller.
the simulation works fine but when runs throws a error 303 ( 303 BoundaryErrorMinusY
This is an operational or file creation error. There is no electrical or mechanical problem with the
machine. Do not replace parts or service the machine.
This error occurs during the job verification process. Job verification checks the job and ensures that the
job will actually fit on the machine and not try to hit any of stops or limits.
This error is generated if the machine is trying to move too far in the negative Y direction and the
carriage will hit the minus Y stops. This error can occur if the NC file has minus Y commands and the
machine origin is not moved far enough away from the Y stops.
This error is more common in dual Y or dual Z machines because the Y range of the machine is reduced
and the mechanics of the machine do not allow all the tools to reach all of the machine’s surface area.
The activity log provides extensive detail on exactly which part of the code has failed and should be
reviewed when trying to sort out the problem.
If you require further assistance please contact AXYZ customer service and obtain a service ticket. An
activity log from your machine as well as the file you are having trouble with will be required to assist
engineering personnel help you with your file problem. )
Only seams to happen since the latest update . need help sorting it as its hurting production big time.
