MORE rest amchining issues

More issues, different model. im learning.. but slowly, lol. If you look at this model you see i have several successful paths, maybe a bit redundant.. But its for someone special. However, when i get to where i want to finish... it tries to re-cut the -entire- piece. What can i do to fix this? i just want it to take care of the spots between the little bits.

File included!

Tried a 3D contour for rest machining and got this error, (Rest material adjustment reduced to maximum limit.)

fixed it by changing rest machining adjustment offset from 0.5 to 0.4

Any idea what this all means..? Updated file included.

This unfortunately did not work. I went ahead and cut the piece... but when it was done and i looked at it there was a lot left that did not get cut out by the final process. I tried to do this in a different way, instead of machining all around the image, i decided to machine the image itself. Sadly the last clearing wants to re do everything the previous ones did. I cant seem to figure out why still. This seems rather common so there must be something im missing. File included

Fusion is not playing very well with your file, 3 hours and I still have not got a decent outcome, the rest machining is failing at it's job.

Oh good so its not just me then!! Sadly its something that all of my projects are doing! it seems to be mostly with that 1mm cutter too but i cant find anything wrong with the tool itself.

I got it done now I changed to a 3D adaptive for the first cut the 2nd and 3rd are 3D pockets and a 2D contour to finish it.

God knows why the 3D adaptive where being bad.

That just means the tool wont get in the hole, it's nothing to worry about, If you wont to get rid of it you reduces the Helical ramp diameter it's in the linking tab in the 2 pocket toolpaths, the profile just turn the lead in and out off.
