missing retract at the end of pattern instance when BLOCK DELETE on HAAS

Hi,

I'm machining 10 pcs of identical parts in slanted direction, starting from highest to lowest. At the end of the last pattern instance, there is missing a retract when I press button "BLOCK DELETE" on HAAS mill, which actualy deletes rows with "/" at the begining. It causes crash because the first move after last pattern instance is in XY and only after is Z. Can it be solved by post somehow? Like swapping rows or keep the retract in Z in NC code... see pictures please

Thanks

Lukas

I think I already found the issue, can you please test with the post(s) attached?
Not sure if you are using the NGC or Pre-NGC HAAS post, so i am attaching both.

Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Hello Achim,

great! Seems ok now for Simulation and exported file. There is Z move first and XY after. There should be no crash now. I see the correct moves in "Simulation" and in exported file as well. When I use  "Simulation with machine" there's still the rows in wrong order, see the picture please

Im using HAAS-NGC Inspection post, version 44159

Thanks

Lukas

Great, thanks for the quick reply!
That sounds like you didnt select the updated post in the machine definition. To do that, please edit the machine in the setup and select the updated post in the Post processing tab:

Then Machine Simulation should be correct as well.

Thank you! I corrected it and it works perfect! Noticed the connection moves, that were previously missing

That post, you have sent, is going to be avalaible as updated post in Autodesk post library? Was it a HAAS NGC Inspection post?

Yes, I have fixed that already in all library posts, the update will be available next Monday.
