Mirroring Toolpath

When I mirror the toolpath, the climb cuts become conventional, and vice-versa. Can you make the climb cuts stay climb?

In addition, when I'm making mirrored parts, I have the option to either copy the toolpath and mirror the new path, or simply mirror the original. It would be nice to have both RH and LH toolpath available at any time, but linked somehow so that if I make change in toolpath to the LH path, the RH path is updated as well.

I agree with what you would like it to do.

Here is what it does currently:  mirror is an exact, 100% mirror.  Thus the cutting direction gets reversed.

What I do, which you may say is not ideal because no link to original, but for me is what works best considering how it works right now, is that 1st I make a good original path.  Then, I copy that path, and reverse the direction (I make it conventional cutting).  Then finally, I mirror that one, so it becomes climb cut again.

Do not use a mirror. Draw a circle instead and use that pattern. I added the circle to my Stock sketch so it's always center and will move if I adjust any sizing.

I only CAM'd the left part

That only works if you're making two of the same part. If you have mirrored components, this won't work.

Oh, you mean for Lh-Rh parts in the same assembly? I've asked to fix this issue of cut direction swap before! This is just the best solution in the meantime that I've come up with.
