Milling under a lip

Hey, I've got a small problem. I'm trying to mill a wooden mobile-case. While this is easy enough, the case needs a lip on top to grab onto the phone, so I'm a bit dumbfounded in ways of finding a propper way to machine this. I've got the tool, that should do the job (10mm cutter on a 3mm tool shaft) after milling out the center portion, but would appreciate any tips on how to clear the 1.44 millimeters under the lip.

No doubt there are numerous ways to accomplish this.  I just played around with it real quick (didn't change any of the defaults or look at feeds/speeds, etc).

Looks like a 3D Pocket Clearing op should take care of it for you.  I set the machining boundary to be the inside countour around the bottom so that it won't attempt to dip into any of the cutouts on the side.  Other than that I don't think I touched anything.

Thank you very much, worked like a charm. I just had to adjust the tools realy quick, everything else worked just fine.
