Milling out knurled surface

trying to find a command to mill out the traction surface, I am using a 90 degree mill bit. what command would I use to just mill those simple shape ?

I would use 2d Trace

Pick the bottom of the vees as the contour and use multiple depths if required.

You can apply extensions to the contours if required to get the tool to run on/ off the part
