How do you program a mill on the offset side of my turret?

The same way you program it for the main spindle.

Sorry, I know this sounds like a short answer, but all one needs to do is define "Main Spindle" or "Sub Spindle" in the Setup, and program as you would for the main spindle.

Yes but is it possible to mill this on the sub with a flat end mill of 10mm?

It is a slot of 12mm.

The sub does not have a c axis and I am struggling with this last part...

Please help

I don't know if it's possible to program milling operations on a lathe that has a sub-spindle with no C axis. I'd have to defer to anyone else that does have such a machine..
