Mill pcb boards

I designed a pcb in Eagle and pushed it to Fusion 360. I want to be able to mill the design using Fusion 360. The problem I am running into is that the pcb traces are part of the  top and bottom canvas. Is there a way to make it so the traces have a thickness. I can generate the tool paths for milling the holes and edges of the board.

I have tried to use the electronic portion of Fusion 360 in the past, but did not like it. It is still much easier to design in Eagle.

I've not worked with any PCB boards yet, could you share your file so I have a better understanding of what challenges are presented in the Manufacture environment?
File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply
