Manufacturing: Unreachable Passes

Regarding Fusion 360, I am currently trying to use a contour pathway but fail to generate due to unreachable passes. I only started to have this problem after the last few updates and can not seem to generate when using stock to leave. I have tried changing the tolerance and stepover without any luck. Let me know if anyone else is experiencing this issue and any possible solutions.
