Manufacturing Model selection should be undoable :(

I was about done with my rather complex piece when I figured that sine I need a tiny sketch I should do it in the manufacturing model. So I created one and selected it in the setup.

Only after accepting the warning prompt about losing all the selections for faces/chains I realized the mistake and tried to undo it all.

I can undo creation of the manufacturing model and that restores my setup to the previous configurations but it does not restore my operations. And that, sucks!

Now add to that the fact that I didn't save my work in quite a while so there's not much to revert to ...

Hi -

I assume you're referring to the toolpath in the operations?

If so, this is something that has never worked -- having toolpath data be restored via undo/redo.

If you're not referring to (only) the toolpath, can you elaborate a bit more about what was not restored?

Thanks,

  Jeff

When changing the model (from design's body to manufacturing model's body) we are warned that all selected faces/chains are removed from operations. It kind of makes sense although immediately after its creation from the original design one would expect that a 1:1 matching can be done with the new model.

So the operations are now devoid of any face/chain selections, as expected warned. What is not expected is that the faces/chains are not restored to the operations after undo.
