Manufacturing Model -> What sense does a second CAD system make?

Hello

What sense does it make to learn and to use a second CAD system that only has limited functionality and is therefore often a one-way street?

I think, it would be much more important to push Seamless CAD/CAM in DESIGN, e.g. Tolerance Modeling and other important things in DESIGN, than developing a functionally very limited second CAD.

Thanks

Christoph

Hmm, perhaps it would be best to keep the discussion to one thread instead of creating a separate thread. I can have your original one moved over to the MFG forum 🤔

Thank you for your reply and for your explanation.

Now it is clear to me what the Manufacturing Model is used for in the Manufacturing Workspace.

Thanks
