Make Wheel/Rims on pocketnc

Good evening. 
I would like to ask about Fusion 360. I have tried several times to process the creation of wheels using a Pocket NC v1 machine, but I always fail. Is there anyone who can help me improve the strategy I made? The diameter of the base machine is around 10 cm, and the diameter of the wheels I make is also 10 cm. Is there any other way to make them? If possible, I would appreciate your assistance in fixing the CAM process.

The file you shared has no setups or toolpaths. Where exactly are you struggling?

Are you starting with a part that has been turned already, and you're just looking to mill away anything left over? Or are you starting with a chunk of billet and going from scratch?
