machining sloped parts

I created the birdhouse from the youtube video by Josh Jaemes and I am attempting to machine the parts using a cnc router.  I can easily do a 2d adaptive toolpath to cut the parts out.  I can add tabs and do the whole process.  but when I try to figure out a way to do the sloped pitch on the front and back sides, I run into a lot of trouble.  everything that I have tried includes all of the parts in the layout even though I created a 2nd setup and only clicked on the front and back pieces.  Then when I use the parallel toolpath to step the slanted angle, it goes over all the parts rather than just the front and back.  Any help would be nice.

Attached is the video from youtube for the birdhouse and also the screenshot of my computer and setup window.

Please attach your model so the Forum users can see where you are.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

@burquhartGY8VT

For those surfaces, it will depend on what you have for tooling. Are you limited to that .125" endmill that you used to profile out the parts, or do you have access to a tapered mill of the proper angle? What about a ball endmill?

Or, if using a flat endmill, are you okay with a "stair" type finish that requires sanding?

At any rate, 3D Contour and "Touch Surface" is the quickest way to get this done:

What you did worked exactly like what I wanted.  However, I still have no clue how you pulled it off.  can you send me a quick video on what you pressed to make that work?

When I select 3d contour it doesn't let me just tap the object.  I must be doing something wrong!!!

and also how did you get it to only do that one side that was sloped and none of the other parts?

Either way.  Thanks and impressive.
