Machining profile in top of rolled sheet metal cylinder

I have created a cylinder that I can unfold to create a flat profile. When I fold it back, I get a top profile that I want to mill into the top of the cylinder. I am missing something because I cannot get the tool path to generate. Hoping someone with much more experience than I can help with a solution.

Hi @rick45JVD, I was able to generate the toolpaths once I added the model to the setup. I've attached my file as I did add an additional toolpath, check it out. Be cautioned I'm not sure if you need multiple step downs as this simulation collided with the stock.
