I got a weird material here, BUNA-N shore 75A.   Finding any information on speed and feeds seems to be nonexistence.  So I am treating it like a HDPA or other soft plastic.  But I am sure someone here knows more and could point me better than both materials are similar in hardness and elasticity.  I am already to planning on freezing and compressing it.

At another place I used to work, we made lots of prototype medical devices. One of the materials we sometimes machined was Buna-N. We found that high speed tools worked best for us using high RPMS with light depths of cut. For freezing, we used one of these: Brymill Cry-Ac B700 Liquid Nitrogen Sprayer (southpointesurgical.com)
