Good day, I've encountered the following problem with the Machine simulation:
It's a Head Head 5 axis machine.(CA) where the Y axis is the Long axis and the X axis is the one holding the Z.
C is around the Z axis 360°+/-. and A is 130/-130 around the X axis.
First of all. Despite the bad simulation, all the machining works perfectly fine.
The Simulation with the Machine, works fine for 5 axis simultan operations. For example this Flow operations show the movements correctly and it also exports the code correctly.
BUT now we get to the problem:
If i make a simple plate, which i want do drill on all 4 sides. it looks like this:
Or something like that. But whatever i do. it does not show me what i want.
Now i tried all possibilities for the Tool orientation option, using X and Y on all possible sides and also flipping them.
But some sides just do not want to orient correctly.
Like i said, even though the simulation is not usable. The code was tested on the machine, and everything was machined fine.
I'd add some files. but they can easily be replicated.
