machine library issue

im trying to add a plasma cutter in manufacturer tab. if i filter to cutting on the right it doesnt show anything. seems all that shows up are 3d printers. i thought there was a library on the cloud? ive attached a screenshot of what im seeing

It looks like your "Enable Cloud Libraries" preference got unset somewhere along the line.
