Machine is going to wrong place

Hello all,

I posted to PocketNC but wanted to cross post here to see if my manufacturing plan had an error.

I have attached the file. What I am having an issue with is that I face the front, I turn down the body then I face off the sides all with the same tool. Facing the front and turning down the sides works perfectly, but when it goes to face the side it cuts my piece too small. It should be 5.5 mm across but what I am getting is 4.75 mm across. I checked that the tool offset did not change. So I am having a hard time finding and issue with the machine. Any advice?

I don't have any experience with the Pocket NC, but my first thought is that perhaps your WCS origin is not set correctly. Can you confirm that it is? Have you done similar parts in the past with these same WCS settings?

WCS is in correct place.

I haven't done a piece this precise with it in this type of orientation.
