Machine Builder/Simulation - Not working?

With the new update for Machine Simulation and Machine builder.

I have tried downloading a few of the machines from the Fusion360 Library.

I downloaded a Generic 5 axis machine. Opened the file > Manufacture > Utilities ....

and there is no "Machine Builder" option listed. I am not sure how to configure to simulate with this machine.

I was only able to get the "machine builder" option appear on one of the Haas machines.

Even on the Haas machine... When I selected it in my setup, and tried to "position my part" on the table. The Machine would not appear on screen - as it did in the Fusion360 video on YouTube explaining this new feature.

Basically.. I am unable to get any of these new features working...

That's very strange, we could not replicate it, Is it possible to screen record your screen and share it with us.

I am sure both of my issues are something I am doing incorrectly - but I am trying to follow exactly as I have seen via YouTube tutorial.

Here is a link to trying to access "machine builder" through the manufacture workspace.

This video shows after I had downloaded+saved a machine from Fusion360 Library. The machine builder workspace never appears so that I can custom configure..??

Here is a link trying to use the "machine simulation" when I select a machine - I try multiple Haas machines from the Fusion360 library - nothing happens. In the tutorial video - the machine file downloads, and then you should be able to place the part in/on the machine table? None of that happens for me?
