Machine Builder Build Issues ...

I have been trying to get this to work for a few days now with still no luck ...
We have a HAAS VF3-SSYT so I downloaded the VF3 model from HAAS, and I can get it to work ok in the design tab, but as soon as I put it in the manufacturing machine builder it starts to act strange ...

I added our own table design and the related items with the heights and thing we measured on the machine.

I am not 100% sure what I am doing wrong so any advice would be greatly appreciated ...

We just want to use it as a tool path clearance thing more than anything, so any advice on doing that a better way, please let me know also. New to this part of town, but we making decent progress...

Hi @JiXXeR750

I have taken a look into the model. basically to get start of with the machine builder you need to simplify the machine model as much as possible and also its better not to use the reference components

here is the guide which explains the more on the machine model preparation guide

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/simplecontent/content/machine-c...

Also here is one of the sample simplified Hass VF3-SS with nikken attachment model which will give you a idea how model can be simplified

Hey man, I think I might have got issue solved for the moment.

I might need to try a test part in the machine before I say that I have solved the problem.

Sorry for the late reply. Still getting used to this forum and how it works...

I think we have it sorted for the moment ...

Simplified a bunch of things after learning a stack more about Fusion...

Slowly getting there.

Thanks for the advice and help.
