Looking for some advice - Empty toolpath?

Hope you guys are well. I first posted this under the support board, but was advised to repost here. I seem to be getting an issue with an empty toolpath? For some detail, milling and was trying adaptive clearing with a 1/16" flat end. I am assuming it could have something to do with the tool not fitting and therefore not generating? I don't see why it wouldn't fit however.

I have attached images and the project file to this post.

Couple of things wrong, one you have "Rest Machining" from previous operation enabled, as there is no previous operation that is not needed, just disable the "Rest Machining" completely.

In setup you had both "Models selected for the "Model", that should just be the "Gator" model and the "Box" one is only for the "Solid Stock" selection, see image below and attached modified file 🙂

Thank you!

Assuming I want a finishing parallel operation, should I keep the "rest machine" to stock material?

Also just wondering if you had any tips regarding the time. I opened in up in my machine software, and it stated 7-8 hours to finish. As in any tips or tricks to reduce this down in the future?

The reason for the huge time required is that you are using a MESH model that has thousands and thousands of Faces every one of them having to be toolpathed in Fusion so unless you can convert the original to a better solid with fewer Faces then it will always be long time, it will also likely that it will not be a very good finish with all the "lumps and bumps" on the MESH body.
