Hi, I've been getting to know fusion lathe cam and from following the tutorials I can do most 2d turning operations. Now to try to prove this software and use it for the more complex jobs I sometimes do, I could use some advice with the 2d milling with live tooling. I use a Doosan puma 2600m lathe with live tooling in X and Z axis, but there is no Y axis. In the past I have managed to do different shaped pockets with live Z tools with hand programming, and shift the datum around the C axis as a crude way of repeating the pattern. It works but it would be good if fusion could simplify this. I have modelled a component to try to get this working, but I am struggling to get the compensation applying on the lead in. I think that I need to post the program with G41/G42 codes to get it working on the lathe, but it seems this is only available on 2d contouring (external) and not pocketing?
