Live tooling isn't working in combination with subspindle

I'm using a Haas DS30Y with subspindle.

I need to use live tooling for a milling operation while using the subspindle.

Because the subspindle doesn't have a break like the main spindle, my machine outputs an error 'M154 not recognized'.

How do I program in Fusion a live tooling operation for a subspindle, without an M154 and C-axis involved?

Umm...don't you need a C axis to use an endmill on the sub spindle?
