Live tooling help

I'm trying to put in slots in the OD of this part using a slitting saw. It is simulating just fine but it fails whenever i post-process the program out. Seems like it should be easy to mill a slot, rotate spindle 2.5degrees and mill the next slot.

Ive attached the f3d file. Anyone have any advice?

Using an ST-30Y.

The error log says "toolpath exceeds the maximum ranges for operation. "

How much Y travel does your machine actually have? It looks like it's going as far as +/-2.625", and I think your machine has (according to Haas themselves) is only 2"
