Hi @FrodoLoggins, I think you found a bug, maybe @seth.madore can confirm. If it's important to keep your work moving I simply made two 2D contours for each side and the toolpath worked as expected.

Much appreciated. But I only post questions/possible bugs here. So going further no reason to waste your time on me. I usually have workarounds figured out before I even post here.

Yes, a bug but easily worked through, simply select the whole shape and then contain the toolpath with the Stock Contours and set the Bottom Height to the surface to be machined, very quick and easy but shouldn`t have to do it 😞 😞 😞
