Hi I’m curious on what mistake I’m making on fusion 360 on any finishing turning passes it cuts into the zo face. Both I’d and od I’ve been messing with tool tip comps and still can’t get the correct geometry even the tool path on the cam system shows it too

you'll have to give a little more to go on. Try file>export>*.f3d and attach your file so we can see what your talking about and your selections.

@scooby68 try changing your tool compensation type to "tip tangent" in the tool library. i suspect that is the issue.

It will likely be as @akash.kamoolkar suggests although I had to recreate the toolpaths Face, Rough and Finish to get it working, see image below and attached file. Run the sim in close up and it looks to be cutting correctly 🙂

When i opened the file i still see the same problem??? Idk what I’m missing or if it is my cam system.

Do File>Capture Image. It's easier on the eyes than a picture of a screen.
