lathe threading post cutting with a taper, don't know why?

I am new to Fusion 360, i am making a small shaft on the lathe with threads on one end. when i run the simulator and when i post into brackets, the code and the simulator are cutting with a slight taper and i don't know why? i checked the geometry on my sketch and my solid and all diameters are straight. why am i getting a tapered thread? thanks

When you say "all dimensions are strait", do you mean all constraints are in right place, no chance for part to be miss aligned with Z axis,.... or does it appear to be strait when you look at it? 

If you upload your model file, I can take a look.

Had this same issue, found this post without a solution so I thought id add what I found. For me the The spun profile tolerance was to loose in the setup. dropped it down to .0002in and got a straight cut.
