Lathe - how to cut chamfers past the centerline

I'm sure this has come up before, I just can't seem to find it.

I want to chamfer a centerline hole in a part with a VNMG radial turning tool.  It has clearance to do this, if it's done from the negative Z edge.  Is there a way to use a standard operation to get this result?

A VNMG mounted in a radial holder only gives you about 5-7 degrees of clearance. Did you mean axial mounted?

No, I mean radial.  5 degrees gives me a depth of 8+ thou... which is plenty for a small break and deburr.  I tested this manually jogging the machine.

I mean... this is a standard thing with manual lathes...  and with CNC I think the phrase is "clearance is clearance"...  if I can do something without a tool change, I want to do it.

Besides, in my specific case... I am out of tool stations.
