Latest Update doesn't honor Object Spacing in Arrange

So, latest update seems to arrange parts with whatever spacing it seems fit.

The gaps in these parts are not 20mm!

I've done a bunch of random testing this morning and all my Arrange's have come out at defined spacing. A file that shows otherwise would be quite helpful
