Issue with part alignment in Stock

I've been struggling with a bowl where I mill the bottom flip the stock then mill the top /inside of the bowl.  this is in wood so at least not expensive but it's really troublesome.   When I set my stock up I have the WCS centered in the stock.  When I mill the bottom/outside of the bowl it is off center shifted to the right 1.8mill every time in the stock.

I spent a bunch of time setting the stock up to all be uniform.  This results in when I flip the stock over the bowl walls when I cut the inside out are not uniform in thickness.  https://a360.co/3MNfXH9   Not sure if this is a setup issues or some other setting I'm missing but w...

I've tried moving the WCS start point - originally at the front left top corner of stock to the center in hopes it would actually center in the stock.
