is there a way to keep view perpedicular to tool in machine simulation?

I have been looking for a way to do this for about an hour.... nothing online... no videos.... this is rediculous.

On the "Simulate With Machine" dialog, go to the "Display" tab and scroll down to the bottom.  In the "View" group, change "Viewpoint" to "Tool".
