inverse z and y axis

Hi

i have a little cnc machine where the z and the y axis working inverse

the  zero point of the program is Always at the top of the material,

if the z axis is going into the material for example 5mm

then the z axis give z=5

if the tool is above the material 5mm

then the z axis give z=-5

and this is the same with the y axis

is that possible with fusion
