internal groove wont turn all the way to the bottom

I am trying to turn an ID groove and the simulation will only cut to the bottom of the fillets.  It will not cut to the bottom of the groove.  I tried removing the fillets at the top and/or bottom of the groove which generated no toolpath at all.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  This is the only internal groove on the part and the last operation on the main spindle setup.

The Groove width of the Tool was wider at 0.1252 than the Groove at 0.125

OK, so that was on me, I had updated the inserts in the tool library to .1181 wide but i guess that setting didn't carry over to the tool in the program.  It is working now.  Thankyou.
