Hi @francois.thiebaut54,

Could you please attach your Fusion project.

Also do you Fusion 360 for anything else or is this all you have used it for so far?
I only ask as I remember when we were discussing adding this warning a few years ago, and one of the developers made a comment along the lines of "if they see that warning there will probably be bigger issues with a corrupt install"

Could you also take a screenshot of what you see when you get this message. It might help us narrow it down.

Hi @francois.thiebaut54,

I can import those results, so its not looing like the document.
Is this the first set of Inspection results you have tried to import?

import results.jpg

I would advise a reinstall if possible, something in the installation could be corrupt.

Hi @francois.thiebaut54,

One of our team has noticed a special character in the file path for the results file.

Could you please try to import them from another users name if possible. Or a external drive like a memory stick should also work in checking if the file path may be an issue.

Hi @francois.thiebaut54,

Speaking with our development team, this could be that the install of fusion is under your user with the special character.

Is there a potential you can use another user login to see if this is definitely the issue for yourself.

You can still youse your Fusion login, but we need to try a different user path.
Your current install path is: C:\Users\FrançoisThiebaut\AppData\Local\Autodesk and we believe it could be the special character causing the issue.

I'm no expert in how Fusion is installed but if you don't have another user to try this on your PC then you could try to uninstall Fusion and re install in a location that does not contain your Username.
