Import dxf. to cam in fusion

Hello everyone

                              Im wanting to cam these panels so i can mill them out of ply. When i import the .dxf to cam in F 360 i get an error "no surface has been selected". Im guess its because they're no longer a solid. Does anyone have a quick fix for this. I exported rhino.

If you already have 3D solids in Rhino have you tried just Importing the Rhino file into Fusion ? It is one of the listed "Supported File Formats", or save it out from Rhino as say a .STEP or .IGES file and open that with Fusion, puzzled as to why you would use .DXF when you have solids to start with ??
