If you set the safety r value to prevent tool load, rest machining will not work.

This seems like a serious bug. If you set a stable r value to prevent tool load, rest processing will not work. What kind of problem is this? Is this a bug in Fusion?

Try posting a smaller crop of the images so we can actually see the values you have highlighted. Or consider sharing a the Fusion file.

The first one includes the tool load prevention R value, and the second one does not.
