Here's an idea.

Instead of wasting time screwing around with the tool library and forcing me to change it back to the old version every time there is an update.

Why not improve the usefulness of the software??

Here's something to work on.

When I do simulations of multiple setups I get the stock of the first setup then.. nothing for the remaining setups.

Make the simulation display the stock for each setup as it goes through them in simulation.

Surely I'm not the only person who uses multiple setups with unique stock in each one???

Now that would be worth your time.

Fusion development isn't comprised of one big team all beating against the same project. It's several different teams of varying sizes all tasked with something specific. For instance, one team is responsible for everything on the Turning side of things, another is tasked with 2d/3D Milling, yet another handles all the multi-axis stuff.

And so it is with the Library. It's my understanding that there were several large technical issues in the Library that needed to be addressed, and that's what that team dealt with. We are aware of many of current issues in the Library. We chose to roll it out as "Default On" to all users so we could chase out any hiccup that hadn't yet surfaced in our internal testing. 

In regards to your Stock simulation question...

Have you turned on the Stock Caching in the Preferences > Preview Features? It may be just the ticket what you're looking for..
