I want to create a special tool for chamfer tools according to the bigshowa catalog in to the fusion 360 tools library

I wanted to make tools non-center beveled tools that is standard in the tools library.

bigshowa tools the second tools I want to make

Shouldn't that simply be the result of a rotational siluette?
With a tip diameter of ØCmin - 2*Hmin?

That's the way I do it. You have to do a little trigonometry to figure out what to tip diameter should be if the tool had a corner radius. Then add the amount that the insert is offset.

Can you give me more specific instructions?

with chip parameters and tool shapes according to the manufacturer's catalog into the fusion 360 library

I used to do it your way but the chip center has to coincide with the tools center line in this case it is off by a distance

Here is a sketch that figures this out for you.

If you open the parameters window you will see that I added parameter names so you can easily  change the insert/holder specs.

Enter the information in the parameters window and then enter the Tip Diameter parameter in to the tool settings page.

 

I hope this makes sense.
