Hurco Milling Post Processor Issues

Hey everyone,

I have a 2008 Hurco VM1 with WinMax. We have used Fusion successfully for years on this machine. Recently (The past 3 months or so) I have been unable to post successful programs from Fusion using the Hurco post processor. The tool paths are completely incorrect; for instance, a 2d contour around a boss will be swinging 10-20x the diameter it should be.

I have taken the same program and posted to Haas with no issues. Is there something that I'm missing? I have looked through the settings on the post processor and made sure that everything is correct. I am using Basic NC mode, and have been using Basic NC in the past with no issues.

Attached are the 2 simulations (color simulation is Hurco, black & white simulation is Haas).

Any help would be appreciated.

You have to select BNC Mode as well before post processing.
Otherwise the I and J values are wrong.

I have Basic NC mode selected on the post processor. The program is still coming out incorrect.
