Anybody have a post processor or programming method to be able to use 5 spindles at the same time for a drilling op? The machine is a a Laguna Smartshop 3 with an attached HSD Mechatronics BHZ head. This is for  multiple holes 60+, with a pitch of 32mm. I am taking any recommendations even if it requires to edit the G-code Thanks!

You could probably program a drilling op for the first tool with spacing of 160mm but modify your post processor to drop all 5 spindles at once. You'd probably need to account for cases where the cabinet doesn't have a multiple of 5 pins.

I'm not familiar with that machine but work with similar. I have never bothered with gang drilling but to drive the drill unit the process I followed is to reverse engineer the code generated by their proprietary software (BiesseWorks) in concert with the documentation I could get hold of, and modify the post processor accordingly.
