Like I said in the title, I am trying to use a CNC router on a block of EPP foam to produce multiple of the same parts.

The gap between each part is 6.351 mm - the diameter of the bit is 6.35mm. I have selected "both ways", "Use Slot Clearing" (with slot clearing width = 6.351mm) I have turned off the leave stock option. I know this is rather unconventional, but I am looking for speed rather than a smooth edge here. I would really like to only do one pass on both of these parts. Is there a way to force fusion into doing this without writing manual G-code? Thanks for any help.

So, you're looking for something like this? (where red indicates the toolpath)

Easiest way would be to demonstrate it for you on your exact file.

Would you be able to share that Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.
