How to program a knurling

Does anybody have a link to a tutorial on how to program a knurling in fusion. I don't think there is a knurling tool on the library. Do I need to make one? Thanks in advance.

Hi

There is no Knurling tool in Fusions tool library, you really could set it up as any tool but a Grooving tool will be more representative.

As for programming, depending on the geometry you could us Profile finishing, but for the best control over the tool you can use the newly released Turning Trace Toolpath

You just need to feed in, then feed along and back out.

How much you need to feed in will be application dependent.
