How to prevent tool path colliding with other part :Green Line

How to prevent tool path being a green line?

Hi Men, I mill say 12 parts on a 3/4 inch 4ft b 4ft ply board. I use scallop, parallel, 2 d contour, morph, I try to put all parts in 2d contour and then REST following ops. I also click no contact in leads and trans.

I use several step downs with each op. IE: I set scallop to .15 bottom, .3 bottom, .45 bottom to .7. In parallel op I am running now part one is milled fine, and then tool stays at depth and goes to next part. Today OK no run thru another part yet I dont want this tool path to run at depth, I want it to retract and then move to next mill.

I dont know how to adjust the movement lines. The line in question is green and it shows in sim that move from one to next part is cutting stock.

The Green lines will be "Transition" lines and it will be because you are using a 2D strategy for an operation, 2D toolpaths are not "Model Aware" so will move through other close parts, try using a different toolpath for the operation that has the problem, 3D toolpath may be better.

Hi, depths vary  in 4 ft ply as much as I clamp, screw down. What is best way to eliminate tabs? JR
