How to machine lofted hole

Hi there, I am new to CAM, and I went through all the tutorials and now I am trying to work on a piece that has a lofted hole. All other components of the part are fairly simple to figure out except that. I've tried looking for an answer on here, as well as google but can't seem to find what I am looking for. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Would you be able to export and share the .f3d file?

File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d in your reply.

Your .jpeg isn't exactly clear as to what you are looking for.

Hmm. I'm going to mess with this as I have time (not much these days). I'm thinking Ramp or Contour (with Lollipop tool) should deliver the solution, but I am getting empty toolpaths with no indication of what is failing.

EDIT: 

What type of machine are you on, 3 axis or 5 axis?

Can't get ramp to give a good toolpath with a lollypop cutter but contour works OK, see attached file.
