i saw a project, fusion 360 keychain, i would like to machine multiple parts in the company to my collegs, the strategy is up to me, to choose tools etc,

my question is, the best setup to machine.

we have vise,  magnetic place,

i was thinking machining the back of keychain first in a vise, face, drill and coutor a bit, then flip and use magnetic plate and machine front and debur

I'd be skittish about using a magnet to hold these in place for the purposes of machining. Yeah, you'd likely get away with it for a finish toolpath, but likely have poor results for the roughing portion.

Personally, I'm a fan of holding on to solid bar stock, profiling the part and producing something that I can hold in a vice with soft jaws.

They used the part for a marketing competition a few years back. There should be a ton of videos on Youtube of various makers programing and cutting them.   It had a pretty big reach.

You can get pretty fancy on the toolpaths for that part.
