How to keep WCS activated in manufaturing workspace?

What do you mean exactly, I don't quite understand what you are asking?

While generating toolpaths in manufacturing workspace WCS (work coordinate system) is not visible all the time. Why does it disappears?  Even it is not visible in drawing workspace.  It helps to convey job orientation and origin  Also for checking, measuring or representing the distance in drawing it is not available.

Are you able to share a video of what you are seeing/describing on your project as i'm still unsure what you mean by the description. From what i can decipher from your message, the WCS won't be active or represented in the drawing workspace as it doesn't carry across from the CAM workspace. There is however some new functionality that is currently being worked on to enable a user to take measurements from the active setup in the CAM workspace though. Not sure if this helps or relates to your issue

On manufacturing space the user needs to see were the active WCS is in order to measure and verify if everything is Correct. 

Let’s say I'm Creating a drilling operation. I see the NC code the XY dimensions for the centre of the hole and I need measure the same dimensions with the measure tool on the model. Has son has a select the measure tool the wcs symbol disappears from screen. If a colleague asks for my Attention and I look at him, speak to him what is needed. When look back to work, I need to select the setup on the browser just to recheck where is My active setup WCS.

On My opinion it should be visible has long has I have that setup Active. (Small dot next to the setup name filed)
