how to do this toolpath?

i have this wrapped feature that i cannot figure out how to get a toolpath to do this feature with a 4th axis. can someone explain it? cannot share my 3d model. but I can take plenty of screenshots of anything needed!

Square corners are going to require a 3+1 toolpath. So, Tool Orientation and 2D Contour most likely.

The curvature of the part doesn't look that conducive to a Wrap toolpath, it almost has a 5-axis look to it. Are you confident of the surface quality? In other words; customer supplied model or something you're designing?

when i tried tool orientation with 2d contour it did not do the curved edge right. so that means 5 axis right? it is a customer supplied model. i can ask if they actually need it to sweep like that?

I'm having trouble trying to visualize the circular shape at the cut-out's opening.

Other than that I have done a similar cut-out using 3+1, I have attached.

It looks like you might have enough room to remove the radii left by the tool by switching angles and using the end of the tool.
