How to define a detph of cut on Fusion Manufature

I want to write a word in a aluminium plate.  This plate has 3 mm of height. I want a 1 mm of detph of cut. Where do I configure this detph of cut on Fusion 360 version 2.0.17974?

set axial offset to -1mm, if your sketch is on the top of plate.
