How to change from tip of ball end mill to center of ball endmill

Hello, I am new to fusion 360 as well as Manufacturing.

What I need is:Right now, I am using an Okuma MU-6300V machine, and I want to create a program that references not from the tip of the tool but from the center of the tool itself. What are some ways to address this issue?
